Arielle Walden

I graduated from the University of Montana with a BS in Applied Exercise Science and a BA in Psychology, and I began working with the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) while still in school. Upon completing my degree, I spent four years in Portland, OR, where I continued my work with DCYF before transitioning into roles focused on community outreach, behavioral health, and case management. During this time I was also a personal trainer and am currently working on becoming a yoga instructor!

When I’m not coaching, I enjoy learning, widening my knowledge of health and wellness, and spending time outdoors to explore all that nature has to offer.

Why I Love Being a Health Coach: Not only do I get to work alongside an amazing team, but I also get to help guide members toward making sustainable, lifelong changes - it's simply the best and most rewarding work I have done. I get to witness people discovering their potential and work towards living their healthiest, happiest lives!
