While I grew up in rural Nebraska, I've called the Denver area home for about 25 year.
About Me: While I’ve had a few different professional roles, for the past 15 years, they’ve all had the common goal of supporting behavioral change and change management strategies. Change is hard, and it is possible! I’m passionate about supporting people to make the changes that they need so that they can achieve the outcome that they dream of. My educational background is in Sociology and Ethnic Studies and my Master’s is in Counseling. When I’m not coaching I love traveling and hanging out in the great outdoors of Colorado with my wonderful family.
