About Me: I am bilingual in Spanish and English and hold both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Florida. My passion for fitness, nutrition, and helping others has always been a driving force in my life. Diabetes care is deeply personal to me, as I am a Type 1 diabetic and follow a low-carb lifestyle. This firsthand experience allows me to connect with my members on a much deeper level. I not only support you through your journey, but I truly understand it, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way!Why I Love Being a Virta Health Coach: I love being a health coach because it allows me to help people unlock their full potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally—while guiding them toward a balanced, vibrant life. The personal connections I build with members and the privilege of supporting them through challenges, wins, and growth is incredibly fulfilling. It’s rewarding to empower others to realize their strength and help them create lasting, positive change in their lives.
