- Brie.daylorLocation: FloridaAbout Me: Hi, my friend! I'm Brie, your Health Coach from sunny Florida. After years of struggling with my own weight from thyroid issues, I was inspired to earn my Bachelor's in Nutrition & Dietetics with the hopes of learning how to best fuel healthy bodies. Shortly after, I became a Health Coach in 2018, and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach in 2021. As your health coach, my goal is to be your biggest supporter, helping you to structure your habits and changes in a way that works best for YOU and your health. That way you can live your healthiest & fullest life, being able to enjoy each present moment. When I'm not coaching, I'm trying to exhaust my two energetic Australian Shepherds, Eleanor and Jack. I enjoy spending any free time that I have outside, especially at the beach or cooking & recipe developing. In recent years, I've become an avid marathon runner, recently time-qualifying for the Chicago Marathon in fall. Wish me luck! Why I'm Excited to Be a Virta Health Coach: Despite being a lifelong athlete and a health coach, my journey with health hasn't exactly been straightforward. For decades, I battled with my weight thanks to Hashimoto's and a long list of diets, some too embarrassing to admit. I've learned that achieving lasting health is about more than just effort. My own struggles and experiences have provided me a deep appreciation for helping others discover their own path to wellness & health. The feeling of good health & confidence is life changing, and I hope to help others find that too. Together, we'll aim to create habits that are easy & sustainable. Changes don't have to be massive to be effective, just consistent. You got this!Fun Fact:** When I'm not supporting your goals at Virta, I'm leading workouts at Orangetheory! Basically, I'm Coach Brie 24/7.

- Amanda.kasselAbout Me: Hello! I am Amanda, a dedicated and motivating health coach here at Virta. I am a Colorado native and couldn't picture myself living anywhere else, I love being able to go on adventures all year round. I love to hike, swim, side-by-side, ice fish and try new restaurants all over Colorado. When I am not out adventuring, I like to spend time with my two dogs. My interest in health and wellness developed at a very young age. My Mom works as a Registered Dietitian, so growing up I got to learn all about how to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I have been in the nutrition field for over ten years and have worked with all age groups. My goal is to foster a community of wellness and resilience. My approach combines evidence-based practices with motivational support, creating a nurturing environment for growth, and transformation. Whether it's improving diet, increasing physical activity, or managing stress, I am committed to guiding members every step of the way.

- Georgia.fischerAbout Me: Hello, I am Coach Georgia and I am very excited to be at Virta Health. I am originally from Illinois and currently reside in sunny Arizona. I relocated to be closer to family and to enjoy the beautiful outdoors all winter long. My journey into health coaching came by way of working in professional sports as a Certified Athletic Trainer. I have also worked in clinical care and took a detour into corporate management and sales. I like to think of health coaching as getting back to my roots of working 1-on-1 with people to help them improve their lives. In my free time I love staying active with kettlebells, pickleball and hiking.

- Mariah.wolfI'm a native midwesterner and although I've returned to my home state of Iowa I've called many places home in the past. From the Colorado river to the beaches of Maui, I've chased water and adventure across many states. After 15 years in the natural foods industry, I turned my passion for healthy eating and sustainable living into a career as a Health Coach. As a board certified Health and Wellness Coach, I am happiest using my education in psychology and enthusiasm for healthy eating to help others build healthier habits. Outside of coaching, I spend most of my time outdoors whether that be in my home garden, hiking trails, traveling abroad, or getting my feet wet in the nearest natural water source. If I'm not outside, you can find me curled up with a good book or experimenting in the kitchen. Why I'm Excited to be a Virta Health Coach: With over 5 years of Health Coaching experience I've come to learn that nothing is more rewarding to me than helping others reach their goals. Getting to know new people, understanding what motivates them, and helping them to find their own way to a healthy lifestyle means I get a front row seat to their personal success. Sharing in their hardships as well as their celebrations is what keeps me passionate about health coaching. Everyone has the potential to become their best self and it's incredible to be there when they do!
